I know there are several concerns regarding the landscaping around the ponds. We are currently taking bids from landscapers in our area to find the company that best fits your needs. Until then we will be cutting back around the ponds as best we can.
Rainfree irrigation is also helping to get the irrigation up and running at the front entrance.
Tis the season for grass to grow quickly. Please help us keep Baker Plantation looking great by mowing your yards and weeding your flower beds weekly. Our enforcement team is doing their part by sending out letters to those whose yards need some attention.
