We have had the pond banks cut back, and we are in the process of getting power at the front entrance so irrigation and lighting will be back up and running. We are also in the final stages of getting a new landscaper. We know how hard it has been to keep the pond banks cut back to a normal level, so we are working quickly to fix that issue.

Our violations team does weekly inspections, so please keep your yards mowed and flower beds weeded.

Also please remeber if you plan on modifying anything outside at your home, to submit your ARC request form first.
