First just let me say it was my pleasure meeting everyone that attended the Baker Plantation Annual meeting. I beleive everyone that attended that meeting went away with a better feeling of their community when they left. As you are aware the association fee did not increase in 2011 from 2010. The Board of Directors worked diligently to make sure that all services were competitvely bid to assure the best pricing from qualified contractors.
In 2011 all common areas will be maintained and paid for out of the budget including, pine straw and flowers will be installed twice, pond maintenance will be accomplished, all utilities that are common and insurance to name some.
