Exterior changes

Please be aware that any exterior changes must be approved by the Board prior to installtion. There are specific rules regarding exterior modifications including fencing. You can go onto CMG's website to find your community and print out the ARB form. Please follow the specific instructions on the form prior to sending it back to CMG.
