I will be conducting site visits to Baker Plantation on a weekly basis. I have spoken to and met onsite with some of the contractors involved with the maintainance of your community. I have heard from many of you and understand issues you may have, and can assure you I am working to resolve them for you.. Community Management Group has taken over the management very recently and will take some time for all of us to get accustomed to the needs of the community.
You will also see the CMG vehicle clearly marked ride through the community as well. That would be the employee charged with monitoring compliance with the Covenants and Restrictions of Baker Plantation. Please abide by the restrictions as they affect you directly in that unkempt property and lawns will affect your property values.
