This is our first posting on the blog. We are busily trying to incorporate the records from the prior manager and establish and clarify community rules and regulations.
We have drafted for Board approval an Enforcement Policy and an Inspection Policy for your community so that everyone can know and understand the expectations required of Owners and residents. There are many rules so we are trying to finalize reasonable standards for such things as parking, home and yard maintenance, trash can storage and the like.
